    Carriage by registered express post is included in the purchase price.

    If you would like the shipment to be made by international courier this can be arranged at your expense.

  2. Does artendency.com offer framed artworks?

    artendency.com does not offer framing. By selling unframed artwork, we are able to provide you with faster delivery of your purchases and to keep shipping costs low.

Returned artwork

  1. Can I return an artwork if it does not meet my reasonable expectations?

    artendency.com offers a seven-day money back guarantee on all artwork. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the price of the art and pay for the return shipping. You must use the original packaging for return shipping. Please contact artendency.com for full details of the return policy and conditions attaching to international shipments.

  1. What should I do if I receive a damaged artwork?

    If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] Please save the box and all packaging material as we must have these items in order to process any claim.
